Our Subdivision:

The Hills of Texas Estates is a subdivision in northern Hays County, Texas. The subdivision is located in the Extended Territorial Jurisdiction (ETJ) of the city of Dripping Springs, and in the Dripping Springs Independent School District (DSISD).

All mailing addresses in the subdivision are in Austin, TX. Our zip code is 78737.  Our post office is located on the south frontage road of the US 290 freeway in Oak Hill. Each property is assigned a mailbox in the kiosk on Kemp Hills Drive.

Subdivision streets are: Kemp Hills Drive, Estate Circle, Crystal Way, and Madrone Mountain Way.  The plats on this site and some property deeds refer to Crystal Way as Crystal Hill Drive.  After the plat was filed, the street name was changed by the post office to prevent a conflict with another nearby road.

The Hills Of Texas Estates Property Owners Association (HOTEPOA):

HOTEPOA is a registered Texas Corporation charged with maintenance of public areas and the enforcement of the deed restrictions (covenants) of the subdivision.

Officers of the Corporation are elected President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer.  An appointed Architectural Committee is charged with the enforcement of deed restrictions.

An annual meeting of the Corporation is held in the Estate Circle cul-de-sac during the fall.

Association announcements are posted on the private POA Facebook page, this website and on the bulletin board located at the community mailbox kiosk on Kemp Hills Drive.
